Fourth of July

We spent a quiet Fourth of July home just enjoying each other. We ended up shucking corn which seems to be becoming a tradition seeing as we did it last year as well. We had shrimp po'boys and our freshly shucked corn for dinner. We had a yummy jello cake for dessert and ended the night with some noise makers and sparklers. K was trying hard as she could to get a heart on camera with those sparklers and I didn't think I was able to get one. I'm so happy that I did.
